1990年代のアウトドアシーンからインスピレーションを得たジェットキャップ。ニットキャップ工場で糸から編み立てた生地を、布帛帽子工場で裁断・縫製。ベースに特殊な糸を使用して編み立てることでフリースのような生地感に。切り替え部分には60/40クロスを採用しました。“ROKUYON“とは60/40 クロスのこと。日本では通称「ロクヨンクロス」などと呼ばれています。元々はあるアウトドアブランドのマウンテンパーカー用に開発された撥水機能を備えた生地ですが、今では多くのカジュアルウェアにも使用されています。
※乾燥機の使用は縮みの原因となりますのでお避けください。
The design of this five-panel cap is inspired from outdoor products in the 1990s. Each of this item is cut and sewn at a cloth hat factory with fabric knitted at a knitted cap factory. The front panel and the brim are made of 60/40 cloth. Actually, the name, ROKUYON, is taken from the fabric because it is nicknamed as ‘Rokuyon Cloth’ in Japan. The water-repellent fabric was originally developed for an outdoor brand to make a mountain jacket, but now it is widely used for a variety of casual clothes.
* Avoid tumble drying, as it may cause shrinkage.
